We provide a portfolio management support, a comprehensive logical compilation of enterprise projects, or enterprise proposals. We help prioritize projects/proposals in Portfolio and manage them in a cyclical process through the use of a model. The indices that are included in the model would be the ones representing the most recent articulation of strategic and financial objectives of the enterprise. PKC Project portfolio models incorporate indices that quantify three sets of attributes: project deliverable, enterprise strategic objectives, and enterprise financial mandates. We use the project portfolio prioritization model for guiding the authorization, funding, and periodic midstream evaluation, of the projects.
